Over the years, I have tried and used many different yarns. Today, I want to share with you a few that I am not crazy about, a few I like and will use again, and then also my absolutely hands down favorite yarn that I use most.

I have never been a fan of Red Heart Super Saver. It is the one yarn I refuse to work with again. It feels so rough, and it is hard to crochet with. I do like the Red Heart with Love yarn. I sometimes use it. It is much softer to work with but it tends to be difficult to find the center end to use. So usually if I use this yarn I have to rewind it with my yarn winder.
A couple other yarns I have used that are just ok are Big Twist which you can get from Joanns, and also Crafter Secret which you can get at Hobby Lobby. I don't mind using these yarns but I am not drawn to them. Although they are softer than Red Heart Super Saver, they still are not very soft and fun to work with.
I do enjoy using Vanna's Choice yarn and also Lion Brand yarn. These tend to be difficult to find the center pull as well, and I usually rewind the yarn on my yarn winder. The yarn is soft to work with.
The newest yarn I ordered and worked with on a new pattern coming in July is from Furls Wander Acrylic yarn. It is soft to work with. I would consider it similar to Red Heart with Love yarn. I would order it, and use again. I plan to use some of the yarn in future projects. If you are interested in working with this yarn, click my affiliate link to purchase. My absolutely hands down favorite yarn to work with is Hobby Lobby's I Love This Yarn! Ever since I discovered it several years ago, it has been my go-to yarn. I love it the most out of any yarn I have used. It almost always comes out center pull. It is the softest yarn I have worked with. If I need to change my pattern, and rip out stitches it does it flawlessly. Most of my patterns so far have used I Love This Yarn. My favorite out of the I Love This Yarn is using the variegated yarn. I never know what pattern will come out of it. It is so much fun!
Well, thanks for stopping by and reading my post! What is your favorite yarn to use and work with? Share with us in the comments or on our social media as well.
